Hmm, so if I understand, the minipet you get from the mag is gone when Nightfall goes gold?

Anyway I gotta get my hands on a pet like that, too bad PC Format is not easy to obtain here.

Anyways TY to a-net for doing all of this. This game sounds great cant wait for it, plus skill for Rits and sins even though i dont play them. AHAHAHAH.
Its not a mount. If you read the OP's post correctly, then it says its only in Desolation. That means not even the whole game.

IMO, Factions already beat prophecies, and since nightfall looks even better than factions....

First pvp event, then the new log in screen, and now this? I can't wait for nightfall!

What really bugs me is that my PC Gamer doesnt have a code for gray giant mini or im totally blind. And I hope the ending realm isnt too gruesome, it said there were guts and dismembered parts everywhere, which i don't exactly enjoy.
The wurm thing sounds kinda cool, it is in no way a mount, but basically you become it while in that area.

Heh, even if someone did post the pictures, they would be deleted by the mods, so that's not going to help.

Do you have the November PC Gamer? It's not out everywhere yet, so it might just be that you don't have the right month.

Gold weapons will be even more cheaper now. Since you could take any bad req 7/8 sword, axe, hammer and turn it into a perfect one. It might sound good to many but the rarity and the reward for a high-end player with good items; can literraly be achieved by a new player within 1 month, apart from FoW armor which requires experience for "how to get the money". I know, I'll probably playing the wrong game; maybe WoW is a better candidate for high-end players with ambitions for uniqueness and reward. But after 16 months in GW, I kinda stuck with this game and will accept new updates even though day by day; GW bury their own grave.

No. As far as I know, you can use the /bonusitems twice. Once during the Preview event, the other at Release. You should not be able to get two Gray Giants.

Oh, and Hyper Cutter, I like the Avatar of Lyssa! Of course, Dwayna's the best looking, blue skin FTW.

actually you don't even need that any more. You'll probably be able to take any max damage item even whites and then just start slapping on the mods that you want. Got a white fellblade in FoW, throw on a 15 over 50 mod, +30 fort and sundering and you've got yourself a blade. Granted it'll probably be blue in colour, not gold, but it's the stats and skin that count, not what colour the item's lettering is in...even then modding gold items is going to easy as well.

Hummm, everyone's making waves over the damage mods. I wonder if you're going to be able to take, say 10% half cast times or recharge times and salvage those as well.

About the "Inscriptions": I just re-read the sentence in question.

So, the question is, what do they mean by "most"?

But the next sentence really has me puzzled:

OK, at first I just ignored this because I thought they didn't understand the 5 part armor system in Guild Wars. But since it falls right after the "Inscription" sentence, is it possible they meant Runes? What does everyone think?
